Returns and refunds
Contact us before returning any product. Goods must not be sent to the legal address without a written return reference and return instructions.
General return conditions
- Submit the request within 14 days where a voluntary return is available.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in their original packaging unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.
- Vehicle-specific, fitted, cut, programmed, electrical, special-order or customised products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
- Approved refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Your statutory rights for defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods are not excluded.
